How can I raise my vibration in an instant?

It only takes a few moments each day to raise your vibration. Using any of the eight tips below, you can practice shifting negative energy out of your mind-body system in order to create more freedom, joy, and abundance every day.

As Albert Einstein once said "Everything is a vibration." Just as the air and water ripples with vibrating energy, so do we.

Everything you do, say, think, and feel becomes your reality and YOU are the one who gets to choose your reality. Learn how to change your reality in just a few seconds and see how you can change your whole life.

When we are happy and content, we feel positive, open and energised. When we feel anxious, sad or confused we feel negative, closed and heavy. Elevate your vibration by following one or more of these simple steps below, and watch what happens.


#1 - Practice Gratitude


Look around and choose to see beauty. Appreciate what you see around you. Make a list of all the things that you feel grateful for; speak it out loud or write a list. Turn it into a game you can play with a close friend. By consciously choosing positive thoughts, you will attract more goodness and positive energy into your life.


#2 - Listen to music


Music is vibration and dancing helps us to express ourselves. Go ahead and put on your favourite up-beat music, shake your tail and get your blood pumping. Sing and dance as if no one is watching and observe the joy that rises within you.


#3 - Get into nature


Smell the fresh air, tune into nature’s colours and sounds and soak up the elements (the sun, wind and rain). Head out into the garden, visit a park, go to the beach or the mountains. Appreciate the natural beauty that exists all around you. Take time to feel grateful for your ability to do this.


#4 - Do Yoga


A walk can be as good as anything but if you haven’t already, try yoga. Yoga is an ancient art-form that specifically targets the chakras (the body’s spiritual energy centres) and stimulates “life-force” energy; energy that connects everything in the Universe. If you can't do yoga, just move and exercise the body. Start to observe how more connected you feel; connected to your body and connected to your surroundings / other people.


#5 - Meditate


Soothe away anxiety, stress and sadness and take time-out to meditate. Five to fifteen minutes is all that you need. Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed, close the eyes, place one hand on your belly and begin to take some long and slow breaths. You may even choose to keep the eyes open and to focus on the space at the tip of your nose, or a crystal, a burning candle or the horizon. Each time you notice the mind wandering, simply use the breath to gently come back to a quiet inner state. Give yourself permission to relax and let go.


#6 - Connect with children and animals


Children and animals are less burdened by the worries of life. They are natural and spontaneous, full of love and affection. We impulsively want to care for and protect them. Children and animals allow us to experience the world from a different perspective and sometimes that is all that is needed to raise your vibration.


#7 - Practice random acts of kindness


Random acts of kindness and compassion can help activate a shift in your vibration. When you spontaneously help someone else, a friend or a stranger, you will feel expanded, lighter and free. Acts of kindness can also help us to realise how fortunate we are, and show us how many things we can be thankful for in our lives.


#8 - Choose only kind thoughts


Everything you think, feel or say becomes your reality. Only YOU can change your reality. Empower yourself by consciously choosing only kind thoughts about yourself and others. Start by clearing out any garbage that you are telling yourself.


One way to do this is to grab a piece of paper and a pen. Make two columns. In the first column, make a list of all the things that you do not like about yourself. Get it all out on the page. In the second column, write the opposite of each negative statement that you wrote in the first column. Rip up, throw out, or burn the first column (the negative statements) and focus on the second column, the positive ones. Use these positive statements as affirmations of who you choose to be.


Conclusion


Choosing to manage your energy field and raise your vibration is a powerful way to live your life. 'Vibing high' is more fearless, fun, and free - and it helps to attract MORE goodness into your life. I mean, who wouldn't want to live this way, right?
